You are here to start becoming informed about combating  pain without resorting to pharmaceutical drugs. We all know they have their place, especially when we need to have immediate relief. Throughout this website we will continue to talk about ways to fight for the long term though. As far as natural goes, I am finding a combination of products used together make the most sense.

The better natural supplements I believe, should incorporate many of the natural substances our bodies already produce and help lubricate our joints, they are made of certain specific vitamins, amino acids etc. As we get older our bodies simply need to have these substances replenished. We accept that all the years of wear and tear, (and for many of us who have suffered accidents or sport related injuries) the fact that we need to restore our body’s natural processes.
