No More Living With Painful Joints

Most cases of pain in joints are caused by simple strain, sitting in ergonomically incorrect positions while at work, bad posture, wrong shoes. Even an old, bad mattress or pillow can contribute to painful joints.

Younger people can also suffer, although it is usually due to some sort of trauma or injury usually related to sports. Some folks have jobs consisting of repetitive motions causing chronic trauma over time as well… Lastly, the link between painful joints and obesity can not be ignored;  the knees and hips are primarily affected when they are asked to handle heavier and heavier loads.What about wrenching your back while working out at the gym or from bending over to pick up something off the floor. Another cause of painful joints is rheumatoid arthritis, which is basically inflammation of the joints. If your pains persist it may be time to get your doctor’s opinion about what might be going on. Your doctor may perform tests to determine if there is an infection or some other disease. In the absence of these, your doctor may just prescribe more painkillers. What you need to be aware of is that they are simply band aids, they offer temporary relief only. In order to get to the heart of the problem and reverse your joint pain you will want to consider some of the wonderful supplements available today.

The challenge will be to try and decipher the labels on the overwhelming amount of joint formula product options available today. The two terms that will be prevalent in most of these formulations are going to be Glucosamine or Glucosamine sulphate and Chondroitin. These are surely two of the best substances included in most joint pain formula products. You need to be aware that they alone are not sufficient to battle pain and swelling, there are additional herbal supplements that must be part of the best formulation for maximum relief. For instance, you want to look for Boswellia Serrata made from the resin of the Boswellia serrata tree, you will usually find it in the better quality joint formula products.
